Stylish place with caring staff in services, liked it. The location of the hotel was incredible - a 10-15 minute walking distance from an intricately sculpted triumphal arch.

The service was perfect as we had expected. Thoroughly enjoyed great-sized and brand-new deluxe queen room with king bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was incredible, not too far away from a triumphal arch.

Fantastic location, just a few steps away from everything. Walking distance to small supermarkets and supermarkets across the street. - Clean facilities.

NEw hotel, clean, airconditions are excellent.the hotel is close to the Champs Elysee. compared to Paris hotels its good hotel.

I asked for connecting rooms since i have small childrens, and i mentioned that in the reservation, when i arrived to the hotel it was not possible because was fully booked.

I had an enjoyable and lovely stay at a cute hotel in a prime location. The staff were kind, helpful, and very professional. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the lady working there was so friendly to the kids. it was a very nice stay and I won't be disappointed:)

The price versus the size of the hotel and the size of the room was not right. Even in London I would get a bigger room for that rate. The pictures in booking-com does not reflect the reality 100%

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring all the main attractions in the center of the city - we were able to easily walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing and grabbing a bite to eat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were always available at the 24-hour reception to answer any questions we had and offer recommendations for things to do in the area.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with enhanced comfort and quality services. You won't be disappointed!

The location is excellent and the staff is helpful .

The only problem with the hotel was that the shower was " open" and the water squirts everywhere . The person who uses the bathroom after someone takes a shower will get all wet .

The elevator was too small. Also, in spite of the fact that I checked in rather late, I was very suprised when I requsted late check out due to meetings that I was going to attend prior to my departure and was very rudely refused the privilege. The refusal itself without the rudeness would not have bothered me if there had not been aempt to double bill me subsequenly

The double room I stayed in was modern and had everything I needed. It was super convenient to have all the amenities 🛁. the best part was being so close to a metro stop, just made getting around a breeze.
